Is PCM in Germany new in the market ? 

Even though PCM exists since more than 90 years and was the first company to manufacture Progressive Cavity Pumps we might not be familiar in every market and every application. This is about to change ! Thanks to our lean organization, our strong vision and last but not least the strong commitment of our shareholder we are committed to proof everyone what we are capable of. As a family owned company PCM is independent to focus on its core strategy to export the french success story into the world.

FAQ - PCM in Germany

 

Whats the leadtime for your products 

Configured pumps are manufactured tailormade for each application, hence the manufacturing time might vary. Our standardized stocked pumps, rental pumps and spare parts are on stock in our headquarters in France. The lead time for stocked items is typically 24 hours, in emergencies express deliveries are possible for sure.

 

How do you provide services in my region 

Depending on the needs we can provide different ways to solve any issue you might face in your application. Direct remote support through our team can be provided at any time and free of charge. Local support on site will be provided either by PCM Germany or local service partners. 

Do you have products on stock ?

There is a reasonable amount of standardized pumps and all relevant spare parts on stock in France at any time. 

 

Wheres the next service center ? 

We work with different service companies around germany, austria and switzerland to ensure best local support for service calls. In order to allocate the closest partner to your needs please get in touch with your local sales manager.

 

Can you provide a separate stock for spare parts ?

PCM Germany offers individual agreements to stock spare parts in germany, either at PCM premises or at local service partners as close as possible to the final destination to ensure shortest downtimes at any time.
