Fluid testing on PCM sites
Our facilities incorporate state-of-the-art laboratories. Our state-of-the-art equipment provides comprehensive results.
The customer sends his products to PCM. We then perform in-depth analysis with advanced chemical composition testing, particle size analysis. Once the tests are complete, we share a detailed report with the customer as well as a customized solution.

Chemical compatibility
PCM offers three types of tests. First, chemical compatibility testing allows you to choose the right elastomer for your fluid. This is done by analyzing the chemical compatibility of your product with PCM elastomers. These tests highlight swelling, solid density, and chemical attack measurements.
Viscosity Tests
PCM also provides its customers with viscosity testing. In the laboratory, technicians study the viscosity of the product under real conditions as a function of the shear rate. This work allows you to efficiently size your pumping equipment as well as your piping.
Abrasiveness tests
Abrasiveness tests provide information about the abrasiveness of fluids. A special machine is used to analyze the mass losses due to friction with the product. The best materials that are resistant to fluid abrasion are offered depending on the degree of wear.
A detailed report is provided to the customer including all the results and tests performed.
