PCM Delasco™ DX high pressure and flow rate hose pumps are ideal for pumping standard or abrasive fluids, with high solids, high density, corrosive, shear-sensitive, viscous, multiphase or gaseous fluids.
Versatility
Thanks to their high suction power and their ability to run dry during the priming phases, PCM Delasco™ DX pumps are able to pump viscous products and integrate into processes with difficult pumping conditions (long suction length, deep pumping, low NPSH available)
Their reversible design also offers maximum flexibility for the transfer, dosing and unloading of various fluids whether industrial or hygienic.

Reliable and with minimal wear, pumps designed with Delasco™ technology use a reinforced elastomer tube capable of deforming under the action of rollers or skids, to create a partial vacuum that sucks the fluid, pushes it into the discharge piping and returns to its original shape while withstanding the most difficult pumping conditions. All this while ensuring efficient and respectful pumping of your products.
The connection, frame and base materials of the pump are also available for food and beverage applications in accordance with food standards, meet European and US regulations (EC 1935/2004 and FDA).
