The PCM EasyFeed stainless steel feed screw pump can transfer a variety of products, whether they are fluid or highly viscous, with or without particles, pasty, sticky or greasy. It handles viscosities up to 80,000 cPo and dryness levels of 30%.

Design guaranteeing suitability for food contact

The pump design avoids the creation of retention areas and the parts in contact with the product meet European and US regulations (EC 1935/2004 and FDA). The AISI 316L stainless steel parts are bead-blasted on the outside and the internal welds have a finish that complies with food standards.

Simplified Maintenance

Disassembly of the pump with CLAMP collars allows immediate access to wear parts and easy off-site cleaning, if necessary. The rotor coupling system is patented by 3, as on the PCM EcoMoineau™ C pump.
