Challenge

An Italian food producer needed a solution to empty 200 kg drums of double concentrated tomatoes directly into preparation batches. The product is highly viscous, with a high Brix degree, generating significant pressure drops in delivery pipes. Additionally, the solution had to comply with EC 1935/2004 food contact regulations.
