The PCM X-BIO pump is specifically designed for the transfer and dosing of thick, viscous fluids.
Based on the Moineau™ technology, this progressive cavity pump (PCP) simplifies the transfer of fluids, even those with high dry matter content or containing solids. Its robustness and efficiency allow optimal control of operational costs.
Available in two versions either for new plants or for existing installations.

Extreme Performance
The PCM X-BIO serie offers fluid transfer performance of up to 120 m³/h at a maximum pressure of 12 bar. It also makes it possible to manage fluids with a high dry matter content, exceeding 50%, thus guaranteeing optimal productivity.
Adaptability to each process
With its two inspection doors on each side of the hopper and its digestate injection flanges, the PCM X-BIO serie is suitable for all industrial processes. The vertical-walled hopper prevents flapping and ensures continuous fluid transfer.
Rugged construction
The construction of the PCM X-BIO biogas pump is robust and durable. The Hardox Archimedean screw and the rotor with a specific abrasion-resistant coating allow abrasive media to be transferred reliably. The pump is designed for a long service life, with simplified maintenance thanks to high-quality materials.

The alternative replacing solution: X-BIO-P version
Using the X-BIO-P version ensures you a better life time of the pump and reduces your maintenance costs compared to the other solutions on the market. Indeed, the X-BIO-P version is designed to replace in place easily an existing pump and coupled with a grinder ensures the efficient transfer of raw materials, even the most solid, to the digesters.
Thanks to the design of the shaft line, this pump ensures homogeneous substrate preparation to maximize the performance of anaerobic digestion systems. An ideal choice for demanding environments where durability and efficiency are essential.
