Optimized Force-Feeding

Closed or open Archimedean screw

PCM MSH hopper pumps use an Archimedean screw, which can be closed or opened depending on the type of fluid. The closed Archimedean screw guarantees a high conveying performance for non-sticky viscous products. The open Archimedean screw is ideal for sticky products, avoiding any risk of compaction.

Easy maintenance

The robust joint design and the patented rotor optimized hooking system allow for better access to parts to replace them. This design thus reduces downtime and maintenance costs, ensuring a longer service life of the pump. 

Versatility

PCM MSH hopper pumps are suitable for the transfer of fluids with medium viscosity, medium dry matter content, and requiring manual or gravity feeding. They are also effective for fluids that tend to arch.

Rugged Moineau™ for pumping viscous and sticky products

Based on the Moineau™ technology, invented by René Moineau, the PCM MSH hopper pumps feature a robust and efficient construction thanks to a feed hopper, a hydraulic feed cannon and a reinforced joint specially designed for pumping viscous and sticky products.

The elastomer stator and helical rotor ensure smooth and consistent product transfer through the pump, even with the most challenging products. This design ensures a long life of the pump while maintaining optimal and reliable performance.
