Challenge

Our customer needed a robust solution to transfer gelatin at 65°C with a viscosity of 1500 cPo, while meeting new process requirements of 836 GPM flow and 58 psi delivery pressure. The system also had to fully comply with both EC 1935/2004 and US FDA food regulations.
